Complicated Dress Patterns by Gilbert Adrian

Gilbert Adrian was THE costume designer of the 1930’s and he made some of the most iconic dresses in Hollywood at the time.  Many designers today site him as a major influence.

Here are some of his fine creations…notice the intricate details that is not as easy to find today.
