Perez Hilton is launching a new website that focuses on fashion; it's named after Coco Chanel.
If anyone has read his blog, I think it's painfully obvious that he is not the slightest bit knowledgeable when it comes to fashion. He is constantly judging everyone. According to him, Emma Watson's Rodarte creation, "looks like a garbage disposal spit her out a dress"
And, of course, the "WTF!" without a question mark.
When promoting his new site, he was asked who is favorite designers were...
"'Who are your favorite designers?'
'I’m not inspired by designers— what inspires me are celebrities. Someone like David Bowie is an inspiration. What he did for fashion and entertainment. But If I had to pick designers I love the avant-garde designers. I love Gautier, Alexander McQueen, Garth Pugh. And I love all designers that send me free clothes'"

Ok, it's actually Gaultier, not Gautier. And, he hadn't heard about McQueen until someone sent him pictures of his Fall 2009 collection, and he posted them. At least he had respect for his designs though, right?
By the way, I'm not even going to comment on the comments simply because I would fill up three pages of text....
Oh, and what I said about him having respect for Alexander McQueen's designs - whom he named as one of his favorite designers of all time, well he doesn't really....
Obviously not knowing this was an Alexander McQueen dress, he called it, of course, "Pure fugly!", "a slutty ice-skating costume" and "the costume from an erotic production of a Midsummer Night's Dream."

I have a feeling that this new site was just created by Perez, but he won't actually write/work for it. There's no possible way he could run a fashion blog.
