Tropical Editorial
I was just thinking of that America’s Next Top Model Episode where they had to shoot in the streets of Brazil.
How could they have done better?
Well, I stumbled upon this Meisel editorial from 20 years ago of Linda Evangelista. I think it looks timeless. Although it also looks like it was done in Cuba…and the license plate says Florida. No matter, the ambience of the environment looks similar enough.

This is one of those editorials that reminds me of why Linda Evangelista is one of the greatest models of all time. This was likely shot in Miami, where there are plenty of Cuban-American 'hoods. Thanks for posting this comparison.
The problem with the America's Top Model shoot is there is no life in the model's. No energy or passion. They just look like mannequins.
I think the top model girls did okay. Not great, just okay.
Linda Evangelista is just so darn good...that any model next to her just pales in comparison.
and Anon...I think you are right. Linda might just be in Miami.
