Leave it to Marc Jacobs to make me miss the grunge scene. Only he should be able to make grunge clothes.
Yeah, I know what you mean. This was in the 1980's though believe it or not, before the grunge scene. Still, you can see some, shall I say, similarities between his 80's work and the start of his experimentations over at Perry Ellis.
Now that I look at it again, it has that Anna Sui/Sonia Rykiel aesthetic.
It realy makes me appriciate Marc Jacobs, because only a genius/lucky designer design something before it becomes a huge trend (grunge)
