Vogue Magazine Portugal (June 2009)

Flor, Jani, Veiga, Susan

I am in love with this! I am going to Barnes and Nobles tonight! Each color is represented in clothing- seems un-original but I think this Photographer made is amazing!

Wow, really a lot of fun! I love the last shot for pink. Those baggy garments and the paper umbrellas! All of the girls look like sisters too, which kind of adds more to the story of the shoot.

I was actually at Barnes & Noble today, but I didn't get anything. They don't have Vogue Portugal at mine. They had a few, but I really just wanted Vogue Paris - which they didn't get in yet. :/

I know what you mean, Kasia.
My bookstores are limited. There are a few British magazines, Italian, and French. And if you are lucky enough to find one of those, it's a month or so old (in one case I picked a Vogue Italia a year old!) So I usually have to wait a month before I can get a magazine.

Sometimes though you can find them. Barnes and Nobles hides them. I was sitting in the Starbucks inside of Barnes and Nobles with this months Vogue and I turned around and Vogue Nippon and China were right behind me in one of those racks. Just look around in some random racks by the magazines. Vogue Portugal does not even have a web-site, would it be on the Vogue Latin America site?

Ah, I'm jealous! The Barnes and Nobles nearest to me is about an hour and a half away. It's so frustrating!
Anyways its a beautiful, fun spread! I can definitely see why you like it so much! For some reason, I really love the second yellow shot.

You guys are lucky. In that crappy Israel we don't even have something like Barnes&Noble, so the only way I can get magazines is from small random magazine shops. and a regular Vogue issue cost FUCKING 15$-20$!
:(

Yeah, Cam, I have to wait a month too. But that's Ok, I'm used to it.

And don't worry it doesn't matter if you live in Israel, you can look at the issues online - or, I could scan something for you if you want. :)

Yeah, I see so many editorials in this blog anyway so I guess it's okay.
But still, there is something fun about sitting in a Café and reading a magazine :)
