First of all Karl stole this whole idea from Vogue Paris he didn't even come up with it, just because he has the name Chanel attached to him does not mean he's a genius in any way, and it amazes me how Baptiste will do anything just for some money and some interlocking 'C's on his clothing, that is really the most disturbing part of this. Karl Lagerfeld is not Andy Warhol. Karl simply tries way too hard to be cool, and it's rather embarrassing. Yes, he makes pretty little dress - but does he have any point of view? I personally do not think so.

Karl has a drag queen fettish - but, Karl Lagerfeild is a great designer. Although he made fun of yves for working with Balenciaga - he is still really, really, really, talented.
Plus, the ready to wear line is mostly coco-ish, but with chanel you have to make it coco-ish! that's the trademark! We don't say Moschino wasn't talented for remaking chanel pieces - its classic, and people like it to stay that way.
