Anna Dello Russo- Fashion Director Vogue Japan
she reminds me very much of carine roitfeld in terms of her personal 'look'...
all that form fitting stuff and big borderline ugly shoes and pin straight hair...
oh by the way I wanted to say this woman is an art historian and specialized in fashion history... she seems to have a very important fashion culture....
shes a stylist or the FASHION DIRECTOR!! at vogue japan and i love her she also reminds me JUST A TINY BIT of carrie bradshaw. only a little though
Some could argue that she only “follows trends” but she truly has great respect fro fashion. You will never see her in jeans or flats or tennis shoes in public. I love someone who manages to do that! Hint hint carrie bradshaw
her styling jobs
all for vogue japan
anything she wears becomes my favorite! she wore that rochas spring 2003 skirt (orange with ruffles) and now… its my favorite collection. im a follower I admit!

Anna is very Lacroix style, while Carine is very Dior
I disagree. I rarely see Carine in Dior...maybe Anna Wintour, but not Carine. Carine is more Givenchy, Balmain, Margiela and of course she stays loyal to Tom Ford's designs.
I like ADR well enough, but I'm not crazy about her. I feel like she tries too hard most of the time the way she wears the same recognizable runway/editorial looks. I wish she'd wear stuff we haven't seen a dozen times within a magazine already. And I also don't get a sense of her personality. Like she just throws on the latest stuff from off the runway...not like with Carine where you know she is dark, edgy and rock and roll Givenchy/ Balmain, or like V-dubbs who you know will always stay classy Park Avenue with Prada, Oscar or Carolina. Anna DR, imo, is a designer slut lol. I wish she'd find an identity and stick with it.
I do admire the risks she takes though.
Oh yes I just mean general appearance, not designers. But yes, she is a brand whore like you said rima!
Im sorry, but all she is doing is being worn by crazy clothes. And she looks a little silly in most of them.
