According to jakandjil.com/blog/, this is Balmain F/W 09.
He snapped it from their shop window in Paris.
Nothing to write home about, but I wouldn’t kick it\ out of bed.
Although underwhelming, it is Anja.

It doesn't match the collection to me. I would have rather seen multiple models stacked in some pshycadelic hippie VW van, all stoned. Cool lighting and stuff like that.
I don't know, that's what I thought of when I saw the collection. Like the bleached denim?
I would have loved to see them stranded on a beach looking fabulous!

I like it a lot. It's way better than I expected. I'm so glad they didn't go for such a traditional pose-y glamorous shoot, it's more of just a shot rather than a fashion shot, yet the clothing is still all in the frame. It feels much more realistic. I love campaigns that make you think, and I definitely feel that way with this one - I can't help but to create a story for this girl. This reminds me of a music video I saw the other day... I'll post it in a second.
