Are you black? Not mixed race, but black?

If you answered no, then you have no idea how much you have it easy in terms of having a good hair day. Because girl, let me just tell you, them sisters have to work for their hair.

Okay, I am not black so I can’t technically speak for sisters, but from the looks of this trailer, i can’t help but respect them more.

This applies to you too white girls and boys.

Do not touch a black woman’s weave. Like, ever.

And did you know that India’s largest export is human hair?

Educate yourself.

And some India Arie for the soul

Good hair means curls and waves. Bad hair means you look like a slave

It really sucks that as a culture we have developed such obsessions with things that really just don't matter.
When I see Chanel Iman with her straight hair, I think that she looks better than when she was first starting out with that little afro, and I'm really mad at myself for thinking that. Unfortunately society has poisoned us in to thinking like that. I guess in the 80's it was the bigger the better, and now it seams it's the flatter the better.

I want to see that film, It looks really interesting.
