The Black Balloon starring the fashion industry sweetheart that is Gemma Ward!
I loved it! Every time Gemma would appear on screen I would scream “I love you Gemma!” so it was kind of hard to hear.
Her acting is absolutely delightful. She is so natural on the screen. She does not even have to try, it just comes to her without effort. There is definitely talent there.
After seeing this movie, I don’t quite care if she returns to modeling. I wanna see her in more movies! I don’t care if she’s gained weight, so long as I see her face and hear her angelic voice. The fact of the matter is that Gemma has captured our hearts and at the end of the day, I just want to see that she’s okay. Maybe this is a good thing. Modeling careers don’t last forever. Gemma is so much more than a model. She is an icon.

Oh yeah, she is hilarious in everything! I loooved her in "Little Miss Sunshine!" It looks good, almost like a serious version of "Along Came Mary" you know? Beautiful girl, a boy who wants her, a mentally handicapped brother.
By the way... has anyone seen "The Strangers?" She was in that, you probably never see her face with that mask on but did she even have that many scenes?
I have seen this before! I watched it on my computer, and I loved it so much also. She is just so likable!
