Kate does that with her cheeks when she models. I have a few of her Vogues and her cheeks always look that sunken, and it looks amazing. I'm not really like a major Kate fan, but I guess she's kind of similar to the Chanel brand in a way. Even if you don't love it, there is just something so desirable about it. You want it. I love buying her covers. I think that cover shot is beyond gorgeous. I don't like "THE FASHION ISSUE" though, they could come up with a better headline than that.
Yeah, I think maybe it's just a face that she makes when she's modeling. I was looking at my issue of Vogue Nippon February 2008 (it's definitely in my top five favorite issues of Vogue that I have :D) and I don't think the photos were airbrushed, you can see one of the shots, her cheeks look very sunken, but I think it looks great nonetheless.
I know what u mean by Kate's Modeling face...Her Russian Vogue sept issue feature a picture of her in a Balmain Dress and her cheeks are so DISTINCTIVE... I actualy like Kate's Modeling Mug, its what most models do anyway when the lens is on them and Kate is the Epitome of a SUPERMODEL
